I have a lifelong passion for art and consider the camera and pen to be my artistic mediums.
The son of two English professors, I have a lifelong interest in language, be it written or spoken. I remember being a preschooler and wanting to be able to read and write so badly. Our home was filled with books and with their colors and black print they captivated me. At that time I filled out literally hundreds of pages of paper with scrawlings pretending to be writing a book. I have worked as a writer contributing to websites, writing articles as a freelancer, editing the work of others, and as a reviewer.
My interest in photography began as a very young child after receiving a Kodak Instamatic camera as a birthday gift. Strarting out with family vacation photos, I eventually ended up traveling the world taking pictures of everything from beautiful buildings to nature and all points inbetween. I consider my pictures to be my own way of pushing a pause button on my life so that I can share some moments with others. Cats are favorite subject and I love living in Buenos Aires as they have one of the largest wild cat populations I have seen anywhere.
Last year I decided to leave northern California and moved here to Buenos Aires, Argentina. This city is a wonder with its old world European charm. With its fourteen million residents, there is literally anything and everything you would ever want in a city. This is unquestionably the most cultural city I have ever lived in anywhere in the world.
