Private Chef Services

I offer services preparing meals for people to pick up weekly or bi-weekly.
I provide catering/chef services for dinner parties.
While I am flexible, what I have found seems to work best for most clients is to arrange pickup here at my apartment. Typically, I provide three to four main dishes and side dishes and a couple of salads with dressings. I can also provide things such as homemade desserts, breads, and things such as cornbread.
I can offer ethnic based planning such as meals based on traditional cuisine from China, Italy, Mexico, Thailand, and much more. I can also prepare theme based planning such as spicy foods, southern traditional cooking, Santa Fe cuisine, etc. I am also more than happy to have people give me their own menu requests.
I also provide private chef services for dinner parties, afternoon cookouts or tea parties, and the like. Typically I will come and prepare the meal at your home but other arrangements are possible upon request.
My rates can be structured on an hourly basis plus costs or what I have found works really well is to establish a reasonable weekly rate.
Consulting Services
I also offer menu planning for people looking to lose weight naturally through healthier eating. I offer a free initial consultation that should take about half an hour to an hour. During that meeting we can establish goals and I can then develop an effective diet plan for you based on your own wants, needs and desires.
While I am not a nutritionalist or a dietician, I have had extensive training in cuisine and diet plans and worked professionally at a California wellness center directing their nutritional program. I typically recommend a combination of a vegetarian and raw vegan based diet with some allowances for fun, such as having burgers once a week. I find this plan particularly beneficial as you can lose weight quickly and easily while not having to starve yourself in the process.
